Alexis & Josh

Alexis & Josh

Alexis and Josh chose Riverstone Manor for their summer wedding celebration, and it turned out to be just as beautiful as the couple expected. Alexis' vision for her wedding flowers and decor were to embody the idea of "understated elegance." We created this look by using huge, romantic peach David Austin roses as the focal point, flowing beautifully with white hydrangea, ranunculus, peach stock, dusty miller, and lots of seeded eucalyptus to add a dramatic, gardeny feel. The flowers looked gorgeous against the lush green backdrop of the summertime venue, and the whole event was a stunning and memorable night for both us and Alexis and Josh.

Rebecca & Thomas

Rebecca & Thomas

Rebecca and Thomas wanted an interesting venue for their wedding, so they chose the Pruyn House in Latham, NY, a historic barn and estate with a sprawling flower garden and beautiful grounds. Rebecca loves color, and wanted her flowers to make a very bold and funky statement by using vibrant colors. To do so, we used tons of big, beautiful blooms of fuchsia peonies, tropical protea, green poppy pods, anemone, astrancia, blush roses, and lots of greenery, such as dusty miller, throughout. These bouquets and arrangements were very fun to make with all the various colorful flowers, and we definitely delivered on Rebecca's request for bold flowers! We also created baby's breath crowns for the flower girls, and even a seeded eucalyptus and floral collar for their beloved dog! This was a fantastic wedding and Rebecca and Thomas were a wonderful couple to work with!

Eileen & Sherman

Eileen & Sherman

To celebrate their loving and happy 30 years of marriage, Eileen and Sherman decided to renew their vows at the beautiful Pat's Barn in Rensselaer, NY. Eileen wanted the colors of the evening to reflect the stunning foliage of Upstate New York in autumn, so we packed all of the arrangements with bold burgundy, orange, and red hues. For the bouquets, we used richly colored calla lillies, roses, scabiosa, ranunculus, and seeded eucalyptus for added greenery. These colors and blooms carried onto the cake, as well as the ceremony where we added these flowers to white pumpkins for a fun arrangement. Additionally, romantic white curtains flanked the beautiful wood arbor during the ceremony to add softness to the strong fall colors. Everyone enjoyed their night courtesy of entertainment by Paul Malo, and all the fun and beauty was captured by the talented Patrick Renzi  of Renzi Photography. We loved working with this happy couple and loved being with them to celebrate their 30 years and counting of marriage!

Emily & Timmothy

Emily & Timmothy

For their Labor Day wedding, Emily and Timmothy wanted a romantic abundance of flowers in shades of violets, pinks and peaches to fill the rustic barn at the historic Pruyn House in Latham, NY. The centerpieces were unique and different from what most brides choose, as Emily wanted large white lanterns dripping with flowers for each table; we piled the lanterns with overflowing blooms of roses, dahlias, scabiosa, stock, and seeded eucalyptus for a very romantic and dramatic feel. These colors carried on into the bouquets and cake, completing the bride's desired look. For another unique touch, we hung a variety of collected white frames over the buffet area that made the barn feel more fun and personalized. This was a very unique and beautiful wedding that we won't ever forget!

Megan & Scott

Megan & Scott

Megan and Scott celebrated with friends and family on their special day at the beautiful Buckley Farm in Ballston Lake, NY. Even with the rainy and gloomy skies, everything turned out gorgeous and everyone had a fantastic time! Megan asked for her flowers to be loose, airy, and dramatic, and we delivered by using all white, blush and greens for the stunning bouquets and centerpieces. We used white pumpkins overflowing with hydrangea and seeded eucalyptus for the centerpieces, while the bouquets and cake were abundant with giant white and blush roses, astilbe, dusty miller, and seeded eucalyptus. The rustic barn got a touch of elegance with sheer white curtains that we hung around the doors of the barn. Megan and Scott had a wonderful evening for their wedding and we loved working with them!

Amber & Jonny

Amber & Jonny

Amber and Jonny had a spectacular evening at The Mansion at Cedar Hill for their mid-October wedding. The bride's main desire for the design of the event was to evoke a woodsy and nature inspired feel, as well as to incorporate rich plum colors. Lush greenery, deep plum and violet flowers, and birch elements completed this look. The table arrangements consisted of wispy greens and whites surrounded by glowing candles for added ambiance. The showstopper of the night (besides the bride) was the hanging branches and seeded eucalyptus floating over the head table, holding candles and flowers that created an amazingly magical feel to the whole space. Clark + Walker captured the romantic feeling of the night with their photography and cinematography. What a night to remember for Amber and Jonny!

Kristen & Corey

Kristen & Corey

Since Kristen used to be a member of the Intuition Events team, we knew this wedding had to be perfect! This elegant Saratoga Springs wedding started off with the ceremony at Bethesda Episcopal Church, then continued throughout the night at the beautiful National Museum of Dance for cocktail hour and the reception. This venue was a perfect fit for the classic and luxurious style of the event. The bride wanted a very elegant, richly-colored look for the decor and flowers of her wedding, while keeping it lush and romantic. We used gorgeous quicksand roses, deep violet scabiosa, and lush greenery, including seeded eucalyptus and rosemary, to create very dramatic, elegant look. More greenery overflowed each footed bowl on the tables, adding to the classic and luxurious feel. Andrew Franciosa beautifully photographed the night in a moody and dramatically elegant style, while the videographer, The Harris Company captured all the action and romance. Overall it was a wonderful evening for newlyweds Kristen and Corey and was a very memorable event for the Intuition team!

Kate & Dan

Kate & Dan

Kate and Dan had an amazing evening at The Lodge at the Saratoga Casino for their June wedding. They loved the indoor and outdoor feel that allowed for them to have cocktail hour inside the historical Lodge, while dining and dancing all night under the outdoor tent on the grounds of the property. Bailly Photography beautifully captured the excitement of the evening, as well as the romantic garden-inspired flowers and decor. Kate wanted a very soft, garden-y feeling for the event; to accomplish this, Intuition Events chose soft blush, pink, and white roses with lots of lush greenery for the bouquets, and continued this nature-inspired look onto the tables with bud vases of ivory ranunculus, Queen Anne's lace, and an abundant pile of seeded eucalyptus. It was a beautiful night for a great couple!
